Following an investigation into Asian sea cucumbers, the Spine Backpack was first sculpted in plasticine at our Tottenham studio. Since then, it has undergone continuous refinement to reach a point where expression and function are expertly balanced ⭐

Through the YAKU x Nike ReCreation Project, the London-based design studio reframes waste as a resource with evolving potential, transforming Nike feedstock garments into imaginative pieces designed to inhabit the fantastical YAKU universe.
