We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we've got you covered with our simple and convenient return process.

Return Window

You have a 14-day window to initiate a return, starting from the day you receive your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the condition you received it:

  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags
  • In its original packaging

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as proof of eligibility. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Initiating a Return

For returns, please email us at studio@yaku.uk for guidance. Returns should be sent using a tracked service to the following address: Creations Studio Ltd, 1 East Poultry Avenue, London, EC1A 9PT. 

Please Note: Items returned without prior request through our return centre or via email will not be accepted. We are not responsible for items sent without a tracked service, and we’re unable to issue a refund if the returned parcel does not reach us.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If you find an issue that wasn’t described in the product listing - such as damage, or receiving the wrong item - please contact us straight away so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges 

To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. We are unable to process refunds to any payment method other than the one used for the original purchase. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Requirement for Refunds

Please note, in order to receive a refund, the item must be returned to us. We cannot issue refunds for items that are not returned. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Keeping the item while requesting a refund is not permissible under our policy.

EU Customers - 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The same return conditions apply.
