Processing Times
For standard orders, we typically process and prepare your items for shipment within 2 working days.
For custom pieces (such as items requiring special dyeing or printing), please allow up to 14 days for processing. Specific processing times are also listed in each product description.
Please note that during busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated by email.
International Shipping
Our website uses dynamic tax-inclusive pricing.

For customers in the United Kingdom, prices include local Value-Added Tax (VAT).

For international customers, such as those in the United States, prices are shown exclusive of taxes, and any applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
As all products are shipped from the UK, we only collect VAT on UK orders.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged directly by the courier or customs authority upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Transit times vary by destination and courier. Most international orders arrive within 5–10 working days after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow your order’s journey. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at studio@yaku.uk as soon as possible.
We can update your address if your order hasn’t yet been processed or if a shipping label hasn’t been generated.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it. Please note that we can’t take responsibility for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
You can confirm whether we ship to your location at checkout. Any restrictions or unavailable regions will be clearly displayed during the order process.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at studio@yaku.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
If your order appears lost in transit, we’ll contact the courier to investigate. Refunds or replacements are issued once the investigation is complete.
