These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of yaku.uk and any purchases made through the site. The website is operated by Creations Studio Ltd T/A YAKU (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

1. Our Service

We sell clothing, accessories and related products online. You must be at least 18 years old (or have consent from a parent/guardian) to make a purchase.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We’ll notify you by email when your order is accepted.
If a product becomes unavailable or we’re unable to fulfil your order, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

3. Pricing and Accuracy

We aim to ensure all product details, descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

Our website uses dynamic tax-inclusive pricing. For customers in the United Kingdom, prices displayed include local Value-Added Tax (VAT). For international customers, such as those in the United States, prices are shown exclusive of taxes. Any applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

As all products are shipped from the UK, we only collect VAT on UK orders. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery, which are charged directly by the courier or local customs authority. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on returns and exchanges.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remain unaffected.

5. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the site for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes, or to upload malicious code or content. We reserve the right to restrict or end access if these terms are breached.

All content on this site, including text, imagery and design, belongs to YAKU or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If a dispute arises, we’ll aim to resolve it quickly — and you may also refer disputes to the Retail ADR scheme or another recognised UK dispute resolution body.
