Arm Bag

For my graduate collection, I made a big pink puffer for the character Amir - my younger brother irl. The jacket had two detachable arms and ventilation openings at the side seams, so when the arms were threaded through, bro looked like he had six arms - hence the "6-Arm Puffer" naming.

This piece is a side experiment from that project – a test to see if one of the detachable arms could work as a standalone bag :) It never made it into the final collection.

Made from iridescent blue/purple nylon taffeta with recycled bedding fill. Features one main zip opening, a small zip side pocket, and a detachable shoulder strap.
